As a student of Bharat Thakur, the founder of artistic yoga, and with over 17 years of experience, I bring yoga to life through both online group classes and private sessions. My approach focuses on making yoga accessible to everyone—whether you are a complete beginner, someone who has never exercised, or an individual looking to address specific health concerns. Over the years, many of my clients have found relief from chronic back pain, neck and shoulder tension, joint stiffness, digestive issues, stress, and posture-related discomfort.
